These are the rules of XPacts at xpacts.io. A lawyer has not signed off on this draft.
What we keep from X
When you sign in, we store your X user id, handle, display name, avatar, bio, and follower count. We also check that the account is public, because a locked account cannot join, and we store which checkmark X shows on it, if any. You pick niches during onboarding, and we store those on your profile.
To run a pact you tap I followed, and the other person confirms your follow or says it is not showing. We store those answers and when they were given, the pact, and your trust score. No screenshot or AI model is involved.
We store the access token and refresh token X gives us so we can keep your follower count and band current. That is their only use. We never post, DM, follow, or unfollow for you.
Sign-in asks X for permission to read posts. We do not download or store your posts.
If X gives us an email address with the account, we use it only for account mail: a welcome note and pact updates. That mail is sent through Resend from notifications@xpacts.io. We do not send a newsletter.
Who else in the room can see
Signed-in members can see your handle, name, avatar, bio, X checkmark, follower band, niches, and trust, and whether your pacts were kept or broken. They cannot see your email, your tokens, your screenshots, or any payment id.
When you skip someone in the room, we store that so they stay off your list. Only you can see it, and they are not told.
Contact
The contact form asks for your name, email, and message. We send that form to Web3Forms so it reaches us, and we use it to reply.
Payment
XPacts is free right now. If paid plans turn on, Stripe handles the card. We store a Stripe customer id and subscription id on your profile. We do not store the card number. We do not sell personal data.
Deletion
There is no delete button in the product. Ask through the contact form on this page and we delete the account, the X tokens, any screenshots, and the pact records tied to you.
Changes
When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
